What grew between us wasn’t built in one perfect moment—it was built through everyday moments. Long conversations. Laughter. Showing up for each other. Learning each other’s strengths, accepting imperfections, and realizing that life simply felt better together than apart.
We found something that neither of us takes for granted: a relationship rooted in friendship, trust, comfort, and genuine companionship.
Christine’s love for family, tradition, and meaningful connections has always been at the center of who she is. Richard found himself drawn not only to her warmth and kindness, but to the way she makes people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Together, we discovered a shared belief that the best relationships are not rushed—they’re built.
As our story unfolded, one thing became clear: this wasn’t about reaching a milestone. It was about choosing each other and continuing to build a life side by side.
On December 24, 2026, that choice became a promise.
Richard asked Christine to continue the journey together—not just for a season, but for all of life’s moments still waiting ahead.
She said yes.
Now we look forward to what comes next: celebrating with family, creating traditions of our own, finding joy in everyday life, and continuing to choose one another—again and again.
